RULES OF DISCIPLINE
The restrictions, rules and self controls are the royal roads leading to the goal of self realization. They are not just to bind you, limit or control you. Do not fret against the rules and regulations which the institution imposes on you; they are laid down for your own good. Regulation is the very essences of creation.
  1. Students are expected to return to school after the holidays on the reopening day itself, if not, then they are liable to have their name struck off the roll. Attendance at official school functions like Sports day, Annual day, Independence day, Republic day, is compulsory. Absentees may be penalised. Every student must come to school in proper School uniform with I-D card, on regular school days. Students are prohibited from using School uniform outside School campus.
  2. Any student who attends school without the uniform or whose appearance is in any way untidy is liable to be kept in school library for the day. (except on their Birthday)
  3. Every student must be in school five minutes before the bell. No child is permitted to leave the school premises during the recess or otherwise except with the permission of the Principal.
  4. Girls hair must be plaited or tied back if it reaches the shoulders, no fancy hair clips are permitted.
  5. Boy's hair should not touch the collar but should be cut little above the ear lobes.
  6. Pupils are responsible to the School Authorities for their conduct both inside and outside the school premises. Misbehaviour in public streets and transport justify dismissal.
  7. Students are not permitted to wear any kind of jewellery or fancy wrist watches in the school. Safety of your personal belongings is your responsibility.
  8. Any absentee or late comer for the first period in the respective session will not be admitted to class without the Principal's / H.M's signature.
  9. Mobile phone and chewing of gum is strictly prohibited in the school campus.
  10. Running, playing or shouting inside the school building is not allowed.
  11. When pupils move along the corridors, as when changing classes, they must walk in silence and in single file. They should always keep to the left except when several classes are going down the stairs together. The teacher should be the last to leave the class. If you are the last person 'leaving' switch off all lights / fans of class before leaving.
  12. Do not associate with strangers or encourage them to develop friendship with you by exchanging addresses and phone numbers etc.
  13. The parent of the child hereby understand and undertake that the Management will not be responsible for loss of life/properties or injury caused to the child due to any accident or any sort of natural calamities or for any other reason, within institute premises and indemnify the institute management and staff for any claim on such accounts.
  14. Pupils should be particularly careful not to throw any papers, seeds etc. anywhere in the school premises. They should use the baskets and bins especially provided for this purpose and are expected to keep the school premises clean.
  15. No collection for any purpose whatsoever is to be started and no meeting or demonstration may be held, either by pupils or their parents in the name of the institute.
  16. Presents to the members of the staff or other demonstrations in their honour require the previous sanction of the Principal.
  17. No books (other than text or library books), comics, film-magazine may be brought to the school without the Principal's approval.
  18. All are expected to speak only in English in the institute campus.
  19. Minimum 75% of attendance is compulsory in each Academic term.
  20. If a pupil remains absent for 25 days at a stretch without informing the school in writing, his/her name will automatically be struck off from the roll after 3 written reminders from the school.
  21. No student is allowed to leave the classroom without the teacher's permission or until the class is dismissed.
  22. Scribbling on books, desks, walls etc. is absolutely forbidden.
  23. Pupils are absolutely forbidden to leave the school premises without the permission of the Principal. Those who go home by foot should not loiter on the way but be prompt in returning home.
  24. Pupils should not have money or other valuable articles (expensive pens, compass boxes etc.) with them. Each pupil should be responsible for his/her belongings. The institute does not accept the responsibility for the loss of books, money, valuable articles etc.
  25. Pupils who are convalescing after an infectious disease or are exposed to any infectious disease will be allowed to attend school only after a fitness certificate is obtained from the doctor.
GENERAL RULES
  1. Parents are requested to update the school about the medical history of their child.
  2. Parents / Guardians are expected to co-operate with the School Authorities by enforcing regularity and discipiline, by seeing that their children or wards prepare their lessons on time, and by taking an active interest in the activities of the institute.
  3. Parents / Guardians are particularly expected to sign messages, the progress reports, test papers or any similar documents when so requested.
  4. Parents are earnestly requested to encourage regularity and discipline, to see that their children do their practice work / home work and attend school in proper uniform with all the books required for the day work.
  5. If a pupil is absent through illness for more than 3 days, a written application must be submitted to the Principal promptly.
  6. Private tutors may not be engaged except after consulting the Principal and with his/her written consent. No tuitions may be taken from a teacher who teaches the pupil's class. Pupils found violating this rule are liable to be expelled or fined.
  7. Parents and/or Guardians are especially requested to notify the school, in writing, of any change in their address or telephone number.
  8. When communicating with the Principal and School office parents/guardians are requested to mention in their letters the name, standard, division and Ref. No. / Roll No. of their wards.
  9. Parents/Guardians or other persons are not allowed to see the pupils or interview their teachers during school hours without the approval and permission of the Principal. Any inquiry regarding academic achievement or behaviour of the child may be addressed to class teacher on all week days for half an hour after school hours immediately.
  10. Parents are earnestly requested to note that distribution of sweets and gifts to children and members of staff on any occasion is not allowed.
  11. Parents are requested to note that the Instructions and Informations will be sent through SMS / Printed circulars / Notices in the student's calendar.
  12. Hair should be well oiled and neatly combed. Girls and boys are not permitted to have fancy hair cuts. Hair should not cover the forehead of both boys and girls. Girls having long hair should have it plaited and tied with white ribbons. For the boys, hair should be cut well above the collar.
  13. The use of nail polish, hair colour, mehendi and fancy ornaments in school is strictly forbidden.
  14. Long or expensive ear-rings, fancy bangles, chain etc, must not be worn to school.
  15. Students must carry their activity kit on the days of activity
ADMISSION
  1. Registration forms for new admission are issued from the school office.
  2. New admissions are subject to there being vacancies. No correspondence will be entertained regarding admissions.
  3. Admissions and continuation of students shall be at the sole discretion of the management. Parents and Guardians are given to understand that they cannot dictate terms to the management and that the management has the right to say, on what conditions it will admit or retain pupils in the school.
  4. Original Birth Certificate is to be produced at the time of admission for verification of age. A pupil who joins fresh from home or from a private school has to produce an official birth certificate such as the Municipal or Baptism Certificate in support of the date of birth entered in the Admission Form.
  5. According to Government regulation, only pupils who have completed six years as on 30th September of the year of admission can be admitted to standard first, and a corresponding scale of ages is fixed for the subsequent standards.
  6. A pupil who has attended any recognised school cannot be admitted without a Leaving Certificate from the school. If the pupil comes from a school outside Maharashtra, the Leaving Certificate must be countersigned by the Education Officer of the State in which that school is situated.
ABSENCE AND LEAVE
  1. Regular Attendance is compulsory.
  2. Students must be present in the school after holidays/vacations oo the reopening day of the school. They must also remain present in the school on the last working day of the school, preceding the holidays/vacations. Such absence will be viewed seriously.
  3. Application leave for urgent or special reasons must be given in writing to the Principal / H.M. But the Principal has the right to reject it. Application for leave to attend marriages or social functions during the term will not be entertained. Student returning to school after an absence of three or more days must obtain the Principal’s permission before being admitted to class.
  4. School authorities must be informed immediately in case of emergencies / exigencies arising on these days.
  5. A Medical certificate, with supporting medical papers, will have to be produced immediately in case of absence due to sickness, and while resuming school after sickness, a medical fitness certificate must be submitted by the student.
  6. A student should not remain absent from the school except in case of emergency. The day on which he/she returns to school, the student must produce a note in the calendar from his/her parent/guardian stating the reason for the absence.
  7. If the child is ill or is suffering from some contagious disease, the H.M. should be informed of the same within two days by the not be sent to school till he/she is free from any danger of carrying infection. At the time of resuming school, the child must produce a medical fitness certificate.
  8. No Student will be permitted to leave school early. No half day leave will be granted.
  9. Attendance and wearing of P.E. Uniform at official school functions like Sport day, Independance day, Republic day etc. is compulsory.
FEES STRUCTURE
  1. Fees must be paid strictly in advance by the 15th of every month. Fees for the month of April and May is to be paid on or before 15th of April.
  2. The Registration Fee is not refundable and registration does not guarantee admission.
  3. Admission fee is payable on admission to each of the sections i.e. Primary and Secondary.
  4. Term fees must be paid twice a year in April and November.
  5. Payment of bus fees will be accepted Quarterly.
  6. The school and bus fees for the month of March, April and May must be paid before final exam. This holds good for those who leave school in Mid Term.
  7. The School will not be responsible for the loss of cash sent through children of any age or for payment made to any member of the staff.
  8. No student will be allowed to appear for the examination unless all his/her fees have been paid up-to-date.
WITHDRAWALS
  • The application for the school Leaving Certificate should be submitted on or before 31st of March or one month prior to leaving the school.
  • A month's notice has to be given before the withdrawal of admission or fees shall be charged. Such notice should be given in writing by a person responsible for the student and not by the student himself. Those who leave in the month of April must pay the fees for the month of May.
  • No Leaving Certificate will be issued unless school dues are paid.
Application for the Leaving Certificate has to be signed by the person responsible for the student.
ASSESSMENT / EXAMINATIONS
  1. Students absent from an examination/test/assessment for any reason whatsoever, will not be re-examined. They will be promoted or detained in the class according to the Average Grade obtained. Decision of the Principal/School Committee shall be final.
  2. Absence from examination/assessment for any subject, oral or written involves loss of marks for the subject/s and this will automatically affect the students standing in the merit order and the grade points.
  3. Students must appear for all Assessment/Examinations. Kindly note that if a student has missed a test/assessment/examination, he/she will not be given a MAKE-UP test. Failure to answer a test / assessment / examination will affect the student's average of the final result at the time of promotion. This, in turn may adversely affect his/her promotion.
  4. A student found resorting to unfair means in an examination/assessment/test will be disallowed to appear in that subject and will be assigned zero in that subject. Infringement of the rules of examination by any student will make the pupil liable to severe punishment.
  5. Result once declared will be final. Cases of students who are detained will not be reconsidered.
  6. EVALUATION PATTERN : Syllabus and Evaluation Pattern sheet will be handed over to the parents in P.T.M. conducted by Principal/H.M.
BUS RULES
  1. The School Bus facilities available to students of Montessori, Primary and Secondary sections cannot be availed as a matter of right. The School Authorities at their own discretion have the right to disallow any pupil from availing the bus facility.
  2. Bus routes and stops will be determined and may be modified at the sole discretion of the school management.
  3. Pupils shall be expected to board and alight the school bus only at the school or at their respective stops.
  4. The students availing school bus facility should intimate or take prior permission from school, if they have to go walking, the school athority will not be responsible for bus students going walking without prior intimation or permission.
  5. Students not in time for the bus will have to make their own arrangement on that day to come to school. The same holds good in case of a breakdown.
  6. Discipline shall be maintained by pupils while travelling in the school bus. Any pupil found guilty of misconduct shall not be allowed to avail of the bus facility.
  7. Any damage done to the school bus by the pupil would make him/her liable to forfeit the bus facility. Besides, the damage done will have to be restored by the pupil.
  8. Bus fees has to be paid quarterly, failing which the student will not be allowed to enter the bus.
  9. Bus fees is payable for Twelve months. Payment may be done Annually, if so desired.
  10. The school reserves the right of terminating the bus service to any child without assigning any reason.
  11. Students who are not regular in payment and cause trouble will not be allowed the use of the bus.
  12. It is advisable that the parents write the pickup point and address prominently on the articles i.e. water bottle, school bag etc.
  13. Bus facility cannot be discontinued for any particular month and the full fees for the term will be charged.
  14. The Bus student's parents hereby understand and undertake that the school management will not be responsible for any loss of life/property or injury caused to his child due to accident or any sort of natural calamities, if any while travelling by school bus and / or for any other reasons merely because school bus service has been provided and indemnify the school management and staff for any claim on such accounts.
  15. Please note that a nodal point will be decided as the bus stop and no change whatsoever will beeEntertained.
